We ship across Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. As Swigz contains alcohol, someone aged 18+ must be available to sign for delivery and may be asked for ID.

Returns

As Swigz is a food and beverage product, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at hello@drinkswigz.com.au with your order number and photos, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
